Making It A Habit

 It's been two whole days and I've thought about that list of no-eats each day to remind myself of what not to eat.  White bread almost did me in.  I toasted a whole wheat bagel instead and didn't enjoy it.  I know I can keep with this 21 day challenge brought to my attention by  rebeldietitian on Instagram (or Sometimes folk just know the right things to motivate me with and that challenge was it.  On day one I talked myself out of a slice of banana bread.  Yesterday it was the white bread incident.  I keep repeating the list in my mind to keep me on track.
I walked 5km this morning.  Beautiful weather, nice music playlist and birds. My legs feel like two limp spaghetti noodles.  I got this!
